Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Coverage Area

Dhaka Mart delivers products all over Bangladesh.

2. Delivery Time

✅ Inside Dhaka: Delivery will be completed within 2 days.
✅ Outside Dhaka: Delivery will be completed within 2-3 days.

🔹 Delivery Options:

• Regular Delivery: Standard delivery as per the mentioned time.

• Quick Delivery: Available only within Dhaka, and delivery will be completed within 1 day (extra charges apply).

3. Delivery Charges

📌 Regular Delivery:

• Inside Dhaka: BDT 80

• Outside Dhaka: BDT 150

📌 Quick Delivery (Only in Dhaka):

• Charge: BDT 200

🚫 Currently, there is no free delivery option available.

4. Delivery Partners

5. Order Cancellation Policy

✔️ Free Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within the same day before 5:00 PM without any charge.
❌ After dispatch: If the order has already been shipped, the delivery charge will be applicable for cancellation.

6. Return and Refund Policy

🔹 Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

• If the wrong product is delivered

• If the product is damaged or broken

🔹 Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 days, depending on the situation.

7. Late Delivery

• No compensation (discounts or coupons) is provided for late deliveries.

• Customers will be notified via call or message in case of any delay.
